Fund Raiser: Each play is required to participate in the fundraiser by selling 4 IGA Express Maka Mia Pizza Coupon Book. Coupon books will be sold for $10 each. Coach or team parent is asked to keep track of all the Coupon books. The inventory sheet needs to be completed by each coach or team parent. Money is Due Saturday May 17th to the concession stand – money should be placed in an envelope and sealed with inventory sheet enclosed. Please put Coach’s name and division on the front of the envelope.
Schedules: Once schedules are finalized a One Call will be sent out and the schedules will be available on the website.
Team Snacks: Snacks will be available for the players after each game. A TEAM PARENT needs to come to the side door of the concession stand to receive the snacks. The concession stand workers WILL NOT be available to pass them out so please have an adult available to do this duty.

Opening Day: Saturday May 17th
All teams will play on Opening day, they will not be a parade on Opening day.
Game Results: Coaches need to email Karin Back at back23@clearwire.net with game results at the end of Each week. Please give coach’s name, division, team names and final score. THE TOURNAMENT SEEDING IS BASED OFF THE WIN-LOSS RECORD AS TURNED IN TO HYRA- which will be updated on a weekly basis.
End of Season Tournament Celebration: TBD
Dugouts and bleachers: Coaches are asked to have their team clean out the dugout after each game. Also encourage parents to throw away any trash after the game.
Umpires: Coaches, players and parents are expected to be respectful of the umpires.
